Make your own Superfood Smoothie


Blend following ingredients in a blender until smooth.

1 Cup Frozen Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, or Strawberries)
1 Banana preferably medium size
1 cup low-fat Soy Milk
2 tablespoons powdered Soy Protein
2 teaspoons Spirulina/ Wild Blue-Green Algae Superfood Powder
